You will participate in successful technical implementation of Plonsk plant investement program, increasing the production capabilities and infrastructure upgrading. You will have the opportunity to develop the technical solution, design the construction together with General contractor and execute (end to end, from planning through installation and commissioning) one of the most challengeable MV/LV electrical infrastructure project in history of Plonsk factory.

How you will contribute/ your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible for the delivery of for the execution of electrical engineering in our projects

  • You will be leader of the Electrical Engineering stream of the full investment program, understood as a Project Leader of particular projects streams

  • Take full responsibility for project management with the agreed scope, budget and timeline

  • Managing and monitoring of our internal and external suppliers including handling of the electrical, I&C and related layout interfaces

  • Implementation, steering and control of the electrical design process with focus on related concepts, technical specification preparation and BoQs

  • Identification and proactive managing of risks, opportunities and claims

  • Monitoring of on time delivery of all deliverables, quality and electrical engineering hour consumption and ensuring our EHS standards are met

The experience you will bring:

  • 5+ years of Electrical & Infrastructure Projects implementation and Project Management experience

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management or related fields

  • Experience in managing the electrical engineering of large projects

  • Experience in industrial buildings construction project is an additional value

  • Leading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders

  • Fluency in English & Polish language, proficiency in other European language is an advantage

  • Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, project management software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
