W tej roli będziesz odpowiedzialny/-a za:
Zarządzanie procesem rekrutacji od początku do końca (briefing, przeglądanie CV, rozmowy telefoniczne, przygotowanie i składanie ofert, itd.)
Ocenę i wybór odpowiednich kandydatów poprzez wykorzystanie innowacyjnych technik oceny i selekcji stosowanych w celu zmaksymalizowania właściwych decyzji rekrutacyjnych
Budowanie bazy kandydatów o wysokim potencjale dla przyszłych potrzeb rekrutacyjnych
Realizowanie strategii Talent Acquisition zgodnie z wyznaczonymi celami i założeniami
Doskonalenie zawodowe menedżerów liniowych w celu zapewnienia zwiększonej odpowiedzialności za rekrutację
Prowadzenie ciekawych projektów w obszarze: Employer Brandingu, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; warsztatów rekrutacyjnych, itd.
Zapraszamy Cię do procesu, jeśli:
Posiadasz min. 2 lata doświadczenia w prowadzeniu rekrutacji end-to-end, idealnie w obszarze produkcyjnym lub łańcucha dostaw
Mówisz biegle po polsku i po angielsku
Masz doświadczenie w korzystaniu z systemów ATS, np. Workday
Lubisz stawiać czoła nowym wyzwaniom i generować pomysły na ulepszenie obecnych procesów
Masz doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i potrafisz budować długotrwałe relacji z kluczowymi partnerami biznesowymi
Nie boisz się działać w stale zmieniającym się środowisku, wykazujesz proaktywność i chęć rozwijania nowych umiejętności i wiedzy
